LoL, this isn't your typical shonen anime where they have a fight every other episode. This has always been a political drama/thriller that has more in common with Game of Thrones or Romance of the Three Kingdoms than stuff like Naruto or DBZ.

The people in Fezzan are chilling, they don't need to worry about war or anything like the alliance or the empire.
